Turning AI potential into real outcomes.
I'm Director of People Systems & AI at WPP Media, and before that I spent time at BHP working through the same problem from the operations side: how do you take AI from a slide deck to something that actually runs inside a large, complicated organization.
That's the gap this site is about. Most AI coverage lives at one of two extremes: hype pieces that never touch implementation, or technical docs that skip the organizational reality of shipping something inside a real enterprise. I've spent my career in the middle of that, deploying RAG, MCP, and LLM systems inside global companies, and dealing with everything that comes with it: legacy systems, change management, security review, and the gap between a pilot and something that survives contact with production.
I'm ISC2 certified, which mostly means I think about AI adoption with security and governance built in from the start rather than bolted on afterward. That shows up in how I read other companies' AI case studies too. I try to separate what a company actually verified from what's just a confident press release.
Every article on this site is a real, named deployment at a real company, researched and written the way I'd want it explained to me: what problem they were actually solving, what they built, what it cost them, and what didn't work. If you're trying to make the same case inside your own organization, that's who this is for.
